Directed by longtime company actor, director and arts educator Jonathan Croy, ROMEO AND JULIET is pared down to a powerful 90-minute production. Versatile cast members trained in Shakespeare and Company's distinct performance techniques will take on multiple roles throughout the production.
Additional Information:The focus of the paly is a clear presentation of Shakespeare's text, unlocking the beauty, poetry, action and pwoer to make it accessible for even those unfamiliar with the work. This touring production is similar to Shakespeare's own touring production, which took to the countryside with sets and costumes that could easily be taken on the road. Grades 7-12.
