Cultural Pass
The Capitol Center for the Arts gives the performing arts a home right here in Central New Hampshire. College is a time when students need the opportunity to educate themselves as broadly as possible, and this College Cultural Pass program supports that need. The $30 Cultural Pass gives NHTI students FREE or significantly discounted access to up to 5 qualifying events in the Capitol Center's regular season.
Students should fill out a Cultural Pass application (download here) or pick up a copy at The Office of Student Life at NHTI.
Cultural Pass Guidelines & Information
1. The cost of each Cultural Pass is $30.
2. The pass may be purchased at the designated on-campus location.
3. Each pass is good for one (1) free ticket for each qualifying Pass performance OR for one ticket for each Pass Plus performance at the discounted rate of $15, for the passholder’s personal use. You are welcome to purchase additional tickets for friends without a pass at the regular ticket price.
4. Each passholder may receive tickets to up to five (5) qualifying Pass/Pass Plus performances. (passholders do not have to choose their five perfomances at the same time)
5. This Cultural Pass is valid for most performances in the Capitol Center’s 2011-2012 Season. If you are uncertain whether the show you want to see qualifies under the pass, contact the Capitol Center for the Arts box office, or see the current list of participating shows.
6. The Cultural Pass is NON-TRANSFERABLE. The passholder must be the person that picks up their ticket. You will need to present your student ID card. Tickets are for your own use only.
7. Any misuse of the Cultural Pass will result in cancellation of your pass. No refunds will be issued.
8. NHTI reserves the right to revoke the pass privileges of any passholder who fails to attend two (2) shows for which they have reserved tickets. No refund will be issued.
Getting Your Tickets Order Form: To order tickets you must submit an order form to your designated on-campus drop-off location in advance of a performance, as far in advance as you are required by that office. You may also submit your application online here. Your order will then be processed at the Capitol Center for the Arts Box Office and you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail when your order has been filled. Your tickets will be available for pick up at the Capitol Center for the Arts Box Office prior to each performance. Students wishing to sit in a group should submit their orders together and note that preference on each form.
Lobby Window: On the DAY OF SHOW, tickets may be ordered IN PERSON at the Capitol Center for the Arts Box Office Window. Present your student ID card to a representative at the Box Office at 44 S. Main St. in Concord. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR STUDENT ID CARD IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A TICKET.
