Box Office Information

The CCA Box office is located at the BNH Stage:16 South Main Street 
Our Box Office Hours are Monday Through Friday 12-6pm and one hour prior to the performance at both locations.

 


For the safety and well-being of our patrons, staff, and performers, the Capitol Center for the Arts (CCA) has implemented additional security measures effective November 1st, 2025: 

GUEST BAG POLICY

The following bags are not permitted in CCA venues:  Backpacks of any size, Large Purses, Large opaque bags, or cases of any kind. 

Guests may bring ONE of the following types of bags or items into venues: 

  • small purse, clutch, wallet, or fanny pack (maximum siz6" × 9”), subject to inspection
  • clear plastic, or vinyl bag not exceeding 12" × 6" × 12" 
  • Guests requiring a specialized bag for medical, infant care, or other accessibility reasons must be declared to security upon entry and presented for inspection.
  • Infant and childcare bags can be no larger than 12" × 6" × 12" 
 

SECURITY CHECKS: All patrons entering CCA venues, properties, and events may be subject to security checks conducted by venue security personnel. These checks may include, but are not limited to, metal detector screenings and visual inspections.  

BAG INSPECTION: All bags and items are subject to inspection by venue security. This includes handbags, fanny packs, and any other personal items brought into the premises including jackets and other large or loosely fitting articles of clothing. Bag inspections will be conducted by trained security staff. Guests arriving with non-compliant bags will be asked to return them to their vehicle or dispose of them prior to entry. No on-site storage is available.  

WEAPONS POLICY
· The CCA prohibits weapons on its property including any item which, in the CCA’s sole discretion, could be used as a weapon.  
· Security will require anyone who has a weapon to properly store it offsite while they are on a CCA property.  
· The CCA will not store nor take responsibility for any weapons confiscated at security checkpoints. No on-site storage is available.  
  • The only exception to this policy is ON DUTY local and state law enforcement and security officials hired by the CCA and duly authorized to carry such weapon(s). Off duty officers will have to leave their weapons offsite.
 

TICKET FEESCapitol Center for the Arts Gift Card
All ticket purchases, including purchases made in person, are subject to a per-ticket processing fee that varies depending on the ticket price. 


TICKET MAILING AND WILL CALL
Your ticket order can be mailed for an additional cost of $3. Ticket orders received less than 1 week before the performance can be emailed or held at will call. Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to the start time of the performance to pick up will call tickets. Tickets will only be released to the patron who ordered the tickets unless prior notice is given to the box office of your designee. Photo ID is required.

CHILDREN, FAMILIES & INFANTS
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry. This includes infants. Our box office staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding child-appropriate performances. For selected family and children’s performances – children under 12 months old are admitted for free but must sit in an adult’s lap and are assigned no seat or ticket.

DOORS & SEATING
Lobby doors and box office open approximately 60 minutes prior to the announced show time. The theatre doors open 30 minutes prior to most performances. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of management during an appropriate pause in the program.

LOST OR MISPLACED TICKETS
If you can’t find your tickets, visit or call the box office at 603.225.1111 for a reprint. Photo ID may be required.

RETURNED CHECKS
Checks returned for insufficient funds will have a $25 service fee.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and may not be refunded or exchanged. Members of the Capitol Center for the Arts may exchange tickets for most performances for credit towards future performances by contacting the box office during normal business hours at least 24 hours in advance of the performance.

Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs and artists are subject to change. Refunds are given ONLY in the case of an event cancellation or date change. Promotional offers and discounted tickets may be offered throughout the year. Tickets purchased at full price prior to a promotional period are not eligible for a refund of the difference in ticket price. By purchasing tickets early and at regular price, patrons receive priority seating and provide greater financial support to the Capitol Center for the Arts.

In the event of a performance cancellation, purchases on a credit card will be refunded to the original card on which the purchase was made. Purchases made by cash or check must be handled manually and could require two or more weeks to process. Capitol Center for the Arts will mail a check to the purchaser once the refund is processed.
