Classic elegance is how one can best describe the ambiance inside the Kimball House. This stately Victorian mansion features a formal dining room, library, parlor, and board room. For a guest list of up to 50 people, this space is perfect for your intimate wedding or event.
Listed pricing includes an 8 hour rental block with the final two hours being reserved for cleanup, dedicated event staff, tables and chairs, and basic A/V support.

Full scale Audio/Visual services – quoted
Equipment Rental –quoted. The CCA will furnish any needed equipment at your expense.
Additional Hours
Additional time may be added to your rental at a rate of $500/hour
