Become a member of the Capitol Center for the Arts

Members are the heart of the Capitol Center for the Arts and the BNH Stage. As a nonprofit organization, it takes more than ticket sales to support our mission. It is our members who provide a critical foundation for our work, making it possible to keep offering a diverse and engaging selection of world-class entertainment, a wide array of educational and outreach opportunities, and most importantly, to keep bringing people together to share the powerful experience of live performance with one another.  Thank you for your membership support!

CCA Membership: The Fine Print

Ticket Exchange Program:

One of the most exciting benefits of being a CCA Member is your ability to receive credit toward a future show if you are unable to attend a performance you have tickets for. This exclusive member benefit can be utilized by calling the Box Office at 603.225.1111 or emailing the Membership Manager at membership@ccanh.com at least one business day before the show. Members must contact the CCA at least 24 business hours before a show to qualify for this exchange program; CCA Admin Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:00 pm.  Remember that while you may be able to reach someone on a weekend, it is not a guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request to turn in your tickets outside of regular business hours.

Complimentary BNH Stage Series Tickets:

These complimentary tickets begin at our Patron level of membership and are a great way to try something new by checking out the great programming at the BNH Stage. These two tickets can be redeemed once per membership cycle on: NH Music Collective Sunday Sessions, NightOUT with The Free Range Revue!, Locally Sourced performances, and live screenings of The MET. To redeem your tickets, call Membership Manager Katie Duncan at 603.225.1111 x110 or stop by the Box Office at 16 S Main St.  Remember these tickets are for the BNH Stage only.

Priority Bar Mobile Ordering:

Members have access to mobile ordering at both the Chubb Theatre and the BNH Stage using the links available on the back of their Digital Membership Card. This feature allows you to pre-order your beverages and pick them up at the mobile order pick-up location and avoid the wait in the bar line. This service is subject to availability and staffing levels at our venue bars.

Concession Coupons:

These concession coupons are redeemable on snacks, soft drinks, and water available at the Chubb Theatre concessions and BNH Stage bar. These coupons cannot be redeemed for alcohol or used at our culinary artist in-residence at the BNH Stage.

What is the Difference between a Membership and an Annual Fund Donation at the CCA?

While both membership payments and annual fund donations are tax-deductible- they serve the CCA in two different ways.

Membership is essentially your yearly “dues” that provide you with access to specific member benefits such as early presale windows, the ticket exchange program, special events and communications, and more.  Benefits that come with a fixed dollar value such as complimentary tickets (available at higher membership levels) must be deducted from the value of your membership gift per current tax guidelines.   All members at the $250 or higher levels receive a yearly tax receipt from the CCA to assist in this process.

Annual Fund donations are completely unrestricted, fully tax-deductible gifts to support the mission of the CCA. Many members support the annual fund while also maintaining their membership level as they want not only to receive the benefits of membership, but to support the broader mission of the CCA such as our community outreach work, our education series, invest in the upkeep of our historic facilities, and help us take risks on exciting new programming. If you are unsure about this distinction, feel free to call the CCA Development office at any time to chat with any of the Development staff and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
