The Senie Hunt Project
with Rachel Berlin
The Senie Hunt Project is a blues rock band that was a long time coming. Influenced from the classic blues rock power houses of Stevie Ray Vaughn and Jimi Hendrix, to the southern rock and soul of The Allman brothers. The band boogies, shakes, rattles, rolls, and cry’s out in a moody tale of the blues genre.
Fronted by guitarist and singer Senie Hunt, the band has a rotating back line rhythm section of drums and bass. They often feature guest performers on saxophone, keys, Fiddle, and guitar, sparking creative, soulful musical conversations with each performance.
With a mix of originals and classic covers, the bands style and genre bending bring a unique twist to blues and rock n’ roll. The Senie Hunt Project is based out of Nashville and New Hampshire and is sure to bring a unique twist with every performance!
Rachel Berlin is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Concord, NH. Influenced by the legends of Laurel Canyon and the greats of the Grand Ole Opry, Rachel has developed her unique sound as a blossoming songwriter. She blends Joni Mitchell-type tunings and birdlike melodies with a classic outlaw country sound. Her songs are inspired by common encounters in her life and lay her soul bare to all who may listen. Rachel has performed across the state including but not limited to the Bank of NH Stage, Concord Market Days Festival, Pembroke City Limits, The Hen House, and an array of various living rooms.
